"William Boyle came to America in 1792 from Banbridge, County Down, Ireland, and lived in Wilmington, Delaware. In 1796, he and his family left their Delaware home on the Brandywine with a wagon and four horses and crossed the Appalachian Mountains in search of a permanent home in what was then the Far West. There were five daughters and one son in his family."
William's wife had at least five daughters and one son.
